Many sleepless nights and much labor donated out of love went into preparation for “Christmas Gift 2007.” In the end, God has once again proven that indeed He is Jehovah Jireh. Because of His provision and your help, lives have been touched and changed for eternity. We were greatly blessed with the following:

• 1,765 professions of faith (Hallelujah! What a gift to our Lord Almighty!)
• 2,130 were prayed over!
• 8,000+ homeless; and, 2,100+ caring volunteers
• 4,000 Bibles, 1,500 Tracts
• 225 pallets of gifts from World Vision warehouse
• Approximately 50,000 pcs. of personal care products
• 6,273 new shoes, 10,000 pairs of socks, hundreds of coats
• 5,050 Blankets, 2,300 Sleeping Bags
• 23 Hospitals/Medical Providers (Parkland, Baylor, UT Southwestern, VA Hospital, etc)
• 215 pairs of eyeglasses (from darkness to light)
• 216 Partners/ Sponsors/Organizations/Churches ; and, 18 Groups/Entertainers
• Hot meals were provided by Texas Baptist Men (20,000 Gatorade from Quaker Oats)
• 1,700 pairs of feet washed and were given new shoes at the Adult and Kids Foot washing area
• 15 Bicycles and thousands of toys
• Enrolment at The El CentroCollege, some homeless reunited with families and job placement
• Hundreds of family portraits taken
• 300 homeless guests from Ft.Worth (100 were given train tickets, 200 were bused in)
• Massive media coverage - Channels 4,5,8, and 11, KCBI, KLTY, KVTT, Dallas Morning News
• A commendation from The White House!

 Operation Care-Dallas (Philippine Outreach) Impacted THOUSANDS of Children for Eternity

 Theme:  “Changing Lives, Changing the World”

Operation Care-Philippines left an indelible impact of an eternal positive change in the lives of thousands of children in the Philippines during our July 5^th, 2008 outreach held at Iloilo City, Philippines.  In spite of the  huge flood (brought by typhoon Frank two weeks before the event)  that devastated not only the city of Iloilo but the whole Visayas Region in the Philippines and left all our volunteers, Pastors, and partners practically themselves “homeless”, the event was a huge success for the glory of God!  2,000+ hungry, homeless, orphans, and street children came practically looking forward for a miracle, and they got it!

God in His awesome greatness provided the following:

·        13 churches and 3 big organizations partnered with us.

·        625 caring volunteers came and faithfully served in spite of their own personal needs!

·        3,000 + new shoes and new socks

·        2,000 hand towels                                                                                                         

·        2,000 Bibles

·        2,000 Gospel tracts

·        2,000 Toys

·        2,000 canned sardines

·        2,000  noodles

·        2,000  1 kilo pack of rice

·        2,000 hamburgers and fruit drinks

·       Medical Area, Foot Washing Area, Praise and Worship Area, Evangelism/Prayer

As a result of all these:

·        1,790 kids and 109 college students accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior!

·        4 (one was Buddhist) accepted Jesus during our flight to the Philippines.

·        A 4- year old girl, after the event, evangelized to her own mother!
